Do we accept returns?
At Lux Chamber, each item is Pre Ordered specifically for you. The item is created care and thoroughly inspected before it’s shipped out to you. We take pride in ensuring quality and accuracy with every order to provide you with a luxurious experience from start to finish.
Because of this personalized process, all sales are final and we do not accept returns at this time. We encourage you to review item details carefully before purchasing, and feel free to reach out with any questions—we’re always happy to assist you.

When will I get my order?
Please note that all of our items are pre-ordered and made just for you to ensure the highest quality and care.
Production typically takes 7–14 business days. Once your order arrives at our warehouse, we’ll ship it out the same day to the address you provided.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships so you can follow it every step of the way. Expect a minimum of 3-5 weeks (up-to 6 weeks during busy times).
